Rick Dural has over 35 years of proven senior executive sales and leadership experience in industry leading global technology organizations.   His understanding of complex markets and technologies has enabled him to lead both early stage and fortune 300 companies, as well as to provide turn-around expertise for troubled companies who need to successfully restructure in order to deliver expedited economic results.

Mr. Dural has delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in direct, channel, ISV & OEM sales revenue for companies including Intel, iSpheres, NetBoost, Answersoft, Retix and Perkin-Elmer. In addition, Mr. Dural was Director of Strategic Investments for Networking and Communications for Intel Capital, the Venture Capital arm of Intel. He has extensive active Board of Director experience and has served on 7 boards.  His unique and results focused leadership style has enabled him to provide unprecedented revenue results while at the same time ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Eric has a long history of using technology to make things faster, easier, more accurate, and just better.  Originally an actuary, he was lured into technology in order to improve the quality and timeliness of data for analysis.  Once in technology, Eric worked on building and leading teams to create cutting-edge business-to-business systems.

In his spare time, he enjoys several activities, but particularly mountaineering where he is an active member of the Las Vegas Mountaineers Club.  When the club started using Meetup in 2009, it was a great tool.  But in recent years, it has become more and more difficult to use.  In some ways, it was like they actively tried to make users' lives difficult by changing workflows and removing functionality without notice, much less consultation.

Now Eric's professional and personal interests have become united as he works to build the best system for organizing group activities here at

Joseph Krincek started his career in the culinary arts. After college, he studied at the Culinary Institute of America. After working his way through some of the best restaurants in Aspen, CO and Washington DC, Joseph was recruited as part of the opening team of chefs and management for the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. He oversaw restaurant kitchen operations for seven years before moving on to a new career in the operations management field.

For fun, Joseph loves to play league tennis, hiking, camping and mountain biking. He also enjoys volunteering as a youth soccer coach in his local community. In his free time, he likes to travel with his wife and two daughters to National Parks and visit family in Maine. As Director of Operations at uPost Media, Inc., the parent company of, Joseph combines his passions with his professional expertise.
